Landscape Foreman – Full-Time Year-Round Leadership Opportunity
Position Summary
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a crew in daily landscaping operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience in landscape maintenance, planting, mulching, cleanups, and property enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead landscaping crews on residential and commercial properties
- Manage daily schedules, materials, equipment, and jobsite workflow
- Perform and oversee mowing, mulching, trimming, planting, pruning, leaf removal, and seasonal cleanups
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Train crew members and maintain productivity standards Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, and landscaping equipment safely
- Enforce company safety standards and proper use of PPE
- Communicate with management regarding progress, issues, and job needs
- Work alongside arborist/tree crews when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years landscaping experience
- Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to drive truck/trailer preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and best practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all seasons
- English required; Spanish a plus
